Store Terms

These terms govern purchases and use of the Wisteria Prints online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms that apply to that purchase, subject to any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Products and artwork

Wisteria Prints sells apparel featuring original artwork from credited independent artists. Product photographs and mockups are intended to represent the design and garment as accurately as reasonably possible, but screen settings, garment batches, print placement, and manufacturing tolerances can cause minor differences.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the store in the currency presented at checkout. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other required charges are added when relevant. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. Wisteria Prints may correct an obvious pricing or configuration error before fulfillment and will contact the customer if an order cannot be completed as submitted.

Order acceptance

An order confirmation means the store received the order; it does not require Wisteria Prints to fulfill an order that cannot lawfully or reasonably be completed because of fraud concerns, payment failure, inventory or production unavailability, an obvious listing error, or another material problem. If Wisteria Prints cancels a paid order before fulfillment, the amount collected for the cancelled portion will be refunded through the available payment process.

Shipping, changes, cancellations, and returns

The current Shipping & Returns policy is incorporated into these terms. Customers should review product options carefully before checkout and contact Wisteria Prints promptly if a change is needed.

Intellectual property

Artwork, product graphics, logos, written material, and other creative content displayed by Wisteria Prints remain protected by the rights of Wisteria Prints, the credited artist, or other applicable rights holders. Buying a physical product does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, commercial-use rights, or a license to copy the artwork unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.

Acceptable use

You may not use the store to commit fraud, interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, abuse payment systems, scrape protected content in a manner that violates applicable rights, or use the site for unlawful activity.

Availability and site operation

Wisteria Prints may update products, prices, features, policies, or site content as the business changes. The store may also be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, hosting problems, or events outside reasonable control.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wisteria Prints is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or ordinary delivery delays outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability or customer rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

Questions and disputes

If there is a problem with an order, customers should contact Wisteria Prints first so the issue can be reviewed and, where appropriate, resolved directly. These terms do not remove any legally protected right to pursue another available remedy.

Changes to these terms

The version posted on this page applies from the time it is posted unless a different effective rule is required by law. Material changes do not retroactively remove rights that already attached to an earlier completed purchase.
