Shipping & Returns

Wisteria Prints sells artist-led apparel that may be produced after an order is placed. These rules explain what customers can expect while we coordinate production, shipping, and support.

Shipping

Available shipping methods, destinations, and charges are determined by the options offered at checkout. Production time may occur before a package is handed to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees because carrier delays, weather, customs, and other events can affect transit.

When tracking is provided by the carrier or fulfillment partner, it will be shared with the customer through the order or shipping notification.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact Wisteria Prints as soon as possible. A change or cancellation can only be guaranteed if production or fulfillment has not yet begun.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact Wisteria Prints within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when the problem is visible. After review, Wisteria Prints may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Size, color, or style selection

Customers are responsible for choosing the size, color, and garment style shown on the product page before checkout. Because many items may be produced specifically for an order, returns or exchanges for customer selection errors are not automatic. Contact us before sending anything back so we can determine what options are available.

Returns

Do not mail a return without contacting Wisteria Prints first. An unauthorized return may be sent to the wrong location or may not be identifiable to the order. If a return is approved, instructions will be provided directly.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking has stopped updating or a package appears lost, contact us with the order number and tracking information. We will review the shipment and work with the available carrier or fulfillment process to determine the next step.

International orders

Where international shipping is offered, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may be charged by the destination country. Those charges are outside the control of Wisteria Prints unless checkout specifically states that they are included.
